These terms and conditions apply to the Best Dressed Banker of The Year Competition. By entering the Competition entrants agree to be bound by the Rules.

Entry to the Competition is open to legal residents of the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands who are 18 years or older on 10th October 2011.

Employees of Cad & The Dandy and the families of such employees or any other persons connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

Entries can be made online at www.cadandthedandy.co.uk/bestdressedbanker using the entry form provided.

No more than one entry per person is permitted.

The Competition runs from midday on 10th October 2011. The closing date for votes is midday on 10th of November 2011. The winner will be announced on Friday 11th November.

People submitting entrances on behalf of others must have their permission before doing so. Records of the submitter will be stored and held liable for any false entrants, where permission to be entered has not been granted.

The top five nominees by number of votes at midday on 10th November will become "finalists". Finalists will be sent a series of questions which they will be required to answer to help the judges decide who is the Best Dressed Banker.

The winner will be notified by email on the 11th November and will be invited to attend to collect their prize.

The prize for both the winner and person who nominates the winner will be one hand made bespoke suit each.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
