Cad & The Dandy will ensure that the garments delivered correspond with the order placed by the Customer and processed through the Cad & The Dandy order system. Cad & The Dandy will ensure that all garments are made in line with the measurements either provided by the Customer or Cad & The Dandy tailor. All garments will be capable of reasonable alteration.

All fees, charges and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Alterations
Cad & The Dandy will complete all reasonable alterations to provide a well fitted garment, but hold the right to refuse alterations if they consider the garment to fit appropriately.
Customers providing their own measurements through the Cad & The Dandy website will be entirely liable for all alteration costs.
Customers ordering using measurements taken by a Cad & The Dandy tailor will not incur any alteration costs, unless the alteration is directly related to a change in order requirement from the Customer once the garment has been produced. The measurements taken by a Cad & The Dandy tailor must not be changed without confirmation from Cad & The Dandy, otherwise the Customer will be liable for any associated alteration costs.
Refunds / Return Policy
You may return any faulty goods to Cad & The Dandy within 30 days of purchase and Cad & The Dandy will make any required alterations. Should the product still be faulty then you will be eligible for a full refund less the cost of any shipping charges previously incurred as these are considered complete at that point. Cad & The Dandy retains ultimate discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not. Once you have attended a Cad & The Dandy fitting session and accepted your tailored item you will be liable for all future alteration costs. Customers providing their own measurements and buying directly through the internet will not be eligble for any free alterations.
Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours after the time of purchase to cancel your order. You will then be eligible for a full refund should you wish. After this point your garment will have gone into production and a cancellation cannot be offered.
Fabric
All fabric has been selected by Cad and The Dandy and its respective suppliers for its suitability for the purpose of personal use. Neither Cad & The Dandy nor its suppliers guarantee the fabric for commercial use.
Where fabric is out of stock after the Customer has placed the order, the Customer will be notified of the expected restocking date or offered a like for like cloth.
Cad & The Dandy do not guarantee the consistent appearance of any fabric. Garments ordered separately using the same fabric may change in appearance. Customers should contact Cad & The Dandy before ordering to confirm if the same fabric length from a previous order is still in stock.
Cad & The Dandy will make every effort to represent a fair image of the cloth, but different fabric production runs and varied computer monitor settings mean that samples fabric and images may vary from the final garment.
